Caring Careers Start Here

In response to the growing demand for caregivers to serve Minnesota’s aging population, LeadingAge Minnesota and Care Providers of Minnesota have joined together to launch Caring Careers Start Here. Dedicated to assisting Minnesotans in establishing fulfilling and meaningful careers in senior care, Caring Careers aims to foster career pathways that promote deep connections, rewarding work experiences, and the chance to make a positive difference in the lives of Minnesota’s aging population.

With support from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) Long-Term Care Workforce Capacity Building Project, and funding from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Caring Careers is committed to paving the way for a brighter and more connected future for all Minnesotans within the caregiving field.

Our mission is to shine a light on the fulfilling and impactful breadth of caregiving professions and to provide individuals with the resources and support they need to build meaningful pathways forward. Whether individuals are just beginning their journey, seeking a new direction, or have a history in aging services, Caring Careers Start Here aims to make a positive difference in the lives of Minnesota’s older adults and caregivers alike.
